Deposits, reservations, sales agreements, and guarantees are governed by separate written contracts provided during the adoption process. These Terms do not replace or modify those agreements. Creek’s Edge Newfoundlands reserves the right to refuse placement or cancel a reservation if it is in the puppy’s best interest.
